Brissa wrote a paper about iconic hispanic band Los Temerarios retirement. The article touches upon the enduring legacy of Los Temerarios in the Latin music world and how their music has left a lasting impact on their fans and the industry as a whole.
My final project for PR 250 was to select and respond to a RFP. My group and I chose Tackling Tobacco in South Carolina. The main goal of it was to create to prevent youth tobacco use, emphasizing marketing, outreach, and media efforts to counteract the impact of commercial tobacco products on younger populations. This was the slide desk for our final presentation.
My final biology class assignment required me to select an earlier scientific publication, expand on it, and locate additional articles that dealt with this particular topic. Working memory was chosen as the topic, and the experiment compares the results of testing working memory in monkeys to those in humans and animals.
As part of a simulation project for my PR 250 class, we had to choose a brand that had a problem, discuss it, and demonstrate how we would fix it. The complaint specifically concerned DoorDash's $1 billion lawsuit against the U.S. District Court of Maryland for charging Apple customers more for deliveries than Android customers.
